The following presentation titled "A View to the South" was given by Dave Sanford, Director, Navigation Policy & Legislation, AAPA at the Association of Canadian Port Authorities' National Port Operations and Environment Seminar 2007 held in Toronto, Ontario on November 13-14, 2007. The content was mainly focused on issues and best practices which AAPA has addressed in various forums in the areas of port operations, safety and information technology.
