The Spring Conference is one of AAPA's two general membership meetings each year, a gathering of port professionals from throughout the Western Hemisphere. At the luncheon program on Tuesday the association will present awards to the 2013 Port Persons of the Year, The Honorable Janice Hahn (D-CA) and The Honorable Ted Poe (R-TX), co-chairs and founders of the Congressional Ports Opportunity, Renewal, Trade, and Security (PORTS)Caucus.
