The American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA) has slated 11 maritime industry programs for 2010, including its XIX Annual Latin American Congress of Ports in Manta, Ecuador, July 6-9, and its 99th Annual Convention in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, Sept. 19-23.
